A decorated disabled veteran with a mission to lead. Byron brings the discipline of service and the heart of a builder to the Vessel. He oversees the vision and the financial strength of our community, ensuring the "Vessel" remains a stable and secure island for every family.

Kishami “Sheema” Jackson, M.Ed., MBA

The heartbeat of our operations. With a Master’s in Education and an MBA, Sheema ensures that the "Luxury meets Community" promise is kept every single day. She is a fierce Advocate for the Forgotten Middle Class, acting as the architect who bridges the gap for the workforce and the ALICE population.

Her mission is to bring families back to work and rebuild the Capital Region Community from the inside out. By spreading Lavender—and the restoration it represents—throughout the entire region, she is turning the vision of the Vessel into a reality for those who need it most.
